The Green Home Improvement Voucher was a government initiative run in 2020. The project was scrapped in March 2021. Fresh Digital needed someone to write copy for this project when it was recently launched, which means there was very little information available online and because of the pandemic, there were limited opportunities to speak with government officials about it, so the research part of this project was much more complicated than with established initiatives.
